UAE Orders

We offer free returns for all orders within the UAE. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order and meet the following conditions:

  • Original Condition: Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and free of hair or odour.

  • Tags Attached: Items must have all original hang tags intact. If you would like to initiate a return, email hey@longgg.me 

International Orders

We do not offer free returns for international orders.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
